We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role requires prior experience handling payroll processes, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ADP Workforce Now and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position is responsible for reviewing and processing payroll data using Exact Time, verifying hours with job site Superintendents, and manually entering timecards when needed. You will also handle onboarding by entering new hires into the payroll system, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Other duties include importing hours between systems, responding to employee payroll inquiries, logging sick time, processing terminations, and scanning documents into digital files. Coordination with Safety Managers for new hire training is also required.
