From managing the onboarding experience to serving as a payroll backup, you will play a critical role in our regional operations. We are looking for a high-energy, Bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to support our Southern California operations. This role is a mix of talent acquisition, employee relations, and administrative precision, requiring travel to regional sites at least twice a week. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage the background check/clearance process for all candidates. Onboarding: Partner with HR Generalists to lead new-hire orientations and ensure 100% documentation compliance. Payroll & Data: Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing and maintain accurate digital and physical employee records. Support: Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits and policies while assisting with engagement events. Requirements Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Experience: 2–3 years in HR Coordination or Administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in ADP (Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll) and MS Office. Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR or Business. SHRM/PHR certification is a plus. Mobility: Ability to travel to divisions within a 60-mile radius (Southern CA) at least 2 days per week.
