Talent & Acquisition Support

Assist in leading Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top-tier professionals for mission-critical roles.

Employee Onboarding & Orientation

Design and lead onboarding and orientation programs that align new hires with organizational goals and culture.

Benefits & Leave Administration

Oversee benefit plan enrollments, modifications, terminations, and guide employees through options.

Administer leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, LTD, etc.) with strict compliance and timely communication.

Employee Relations & Performance

Manage conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary processes, nurturing a mission-driven workplace.

Support supervisors with coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.

Training & DEI Programming

Develop and deliver professional development and leadership training.

Implement HR policies promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in a politically engaged context.

Compliance & HR Systems

Stay current on HR laws—especially those affecting political organizations—and advise leadership on necessary policy updates.

Use ADP Workforce Now and BambooHR to manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance tracking.

Maintain personnel records (digital/physical) in line with legal and ISO standards.

Crisis & Safety Management

Support rapid-response HR strategies during high-pressure campaign cycles.

Oversee workplace safety, occupational health, and security compliance.

Confidentiality & Integrity

Handle sensitive political and personnel information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
