Responsible for creating policy, multi-state HR Leadership MULTI-STATE experience with employee headcount of MINIMUM of 2,500+ employees. Will oversee (while also being "in the trenches") day-to-day HR operations including leadership for the following TEAM of 10-12 employees including: Benefits, Leaves of Absence, Workers Compensation, Safety, Document Control, HR Data Analyst.
