Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist (Construction)

We are currently searching for an experienced Bilingual HR Generalist who enjoys working a variety of tasks within the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer full-cycle human resources functions for a growing construction firm, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Provide strategic HR support to managers and supervisors to resolve complex employee issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Implement and maintain health, safety, and worker compensation programs in compliance with industry standards.
Ensure proper documentation for employee files, contracts, and disciplinary actions.
Serve as a liaison between staff, leadership, and labor representatives to foster positive relationships.

Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience (+ exposure to construction)
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information.
Solid understanding of construction-specific safety protocols and HR policies.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
