Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for the non-profit sector? A well-established organization in the Eagle Rock/Los Angeles area is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to lead onboarding and recruitment efforts for a 6+ month assignment.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive HR experience (Onboarding/Recruitment focus).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Position Details:
• Duration: 6+ Month Contract Engagement
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-min lunch)
• Pay Rate: $24.00 – $26.00/hour
