Well known Construction company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Bilingual Spanish Human Resource Administrative Assistant's to support on multiple projects throughout LA County.

***Experience in the construction industry preferred, but not required***

Daily Responsibilities:
-Assist with badging, training and on boarding new employees.
-Reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and postings job online.
-Order office materials and order lunches.
-Support Office Manager with document control filing and other admin responsibilities .
-Maintains confidential department files and records.
-Order Supplies and submit work orders.
-Create employee files.
-File, fax, scan and photocopy documents.
-Keep track of calendar, arranges meetings.
-Handles research information, prioritizes and follows up on all past and upcoming matters
-Use Excel spreadsheets to create and modify documents such reports, memos, and letters word processing

-Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
-High school diploma required.

Required Skills:
-Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management internal/external.
-Minimum three (3) years of HR and Administrative or comparable experience.
