Dynamic Nonprofit organization is looking to hire (5) Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist's to support multiple departments of the company.
HEALTH & BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS:
-Vaccination required (must provide proof); NO booster needed
-Must be able to pass a background check
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2 years of front office experience needed
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-High school degree or GED required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for screening and forwarding phone calls
-Greeting, signing-in and directing clients and visitors
-Providing general information regarding services
-Ensures the safety and cleanliness in the waiting room areas
-Filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying paperwork
-Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
SKILLS:
-Customer service attitude
-Excellent communication skills
-Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
