Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and overseeing their work.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, including property management files, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.
Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Compliance: Ensure properties comply with local regulations and company policies.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Education and Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in facility management or property management.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Skills and Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle and resolve issues efficiently.
Technology: Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
