Now Hiring: Equipment Maintenance Helper
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As an Equipment Maintenance Helper, you will support our maintenance team with a wide range of tasks, including:
Assisting in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and metal-processing equipment.
Operating equipment to spot malfunctions and replacing worn or damaged parts.
Troubleshooting and repairing AC & DC electrical equipment, including 120V, 240V, and 480V power circuits and controls, as well as performing mechanical and air conditioning system/component repairs.
Reporting issues promptly and accurately to supervisors.
Testing and adjusting mechanical components to ensure peak performance and compliance with safety standards.
Using a variety of tools—from diagnostic electrical/hydraulic equipment to welding torches, hoists, jacks, and hand tools.
Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment lubrication.
Documenting all repairs and refurbishments.
Communicating with supervisors about parts needs and repair status.
Maintaining lockout/tagout logs and completing required facility/process training.
Working independently to solve practical, hands-on problems.
Performing other duties as assigned.
