Dispatcher (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: Los Angeles, CA – Must reside near the 90016 zip code
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate service technicians across California, Nevada, and Arizona. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and able to manage multiple schedules while maintaining excellent communication with technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch technicians across California, Nevada, and Arizona
Monitor technician routes and schedules to ensure timely service
Communicate with technicians regarding service calls, delays, or schedule changes
Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service calls
Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, technicians, and customers
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination preferred
Strong knowledge of highways, cities, and routes in California, Nevada, and Arizona (primarily California)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
