What You’ll Do:
Greet clients with a professional and welcoming attitude
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Deliver top-tier customer service and respond to client inquiries
Support daily administrative tasks and keep the office running smoothly
Assist team members with a variety of office responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Dependable and punctual—you show up and follow through
Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Bilingual in Spanish —able to assist our Spanish-speaking clients
Customer service-oriented—friendly, patient, and solutions-focused
