Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: West Valley City, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $18/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are a full-service contractor licensing company dedicated to helping contractors successfully navigate the licensing process. From test preparation and forming legal entities to handling insurance, bonding, and application submissions, we guide our clients every step of the way.
We’re currently looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our West Valley City team. If you're professional, dependable, and thrive in a supportive office environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Provide top-notch customer service and respond to client inquiries
Perform administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, punctual, and reliable
