Now Hiring: Bilingual Spanish Customer Representative
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

As a leader in contractor licensing and test preparation, we specialize in helping clients navigate the licensing process from start to finish. If you're organized, personable, and fluent in both English and Spanish, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a professional and supportive team setting.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Provide clear and helpful information to clients regarding services and processes
Assist with general administrative duties to maintain a smooth office flow
Support team members with various day-to-day tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional customer service skills
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Highly organized and able to multitask in a busy office setting
