Bilingual Spanish CPA

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking CPA to join our growing firm as a Tax and Accounting Lead. You will manage tax resolution cases, prepare and review individual and business tax returns, oversee your team’s work for accuracy, and handle audits and IRS or state notices. You will also design SOPs, train and mentor staff, and help improve internal systems while shaping the firm’s long-term growth. The ideal candidate holds an active California CPA license (or reciprocity-eligible), has at least three years of tax, bookkeeping, or public accounting experience, and is proficient in QuickBooks, Drake Software, and other accounting platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and teaching skills are essential. This is a hands-on role for someone committed to building long-term success with a growing firm.
