We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Banking CSR for a direct hire, on-site opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. The Bilingual Spanish Banking CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for consumer and commercial customers, assisting with transactions, basic service questions, digital banking guidance, and product recommendations. Key Responsibilities
- Process consumer and commercial banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy while following banking, security, and compliance procedures.
- Provide bilingual Spanish customer service, resolve basic account or service issues, and escalate matters to branch leadership when needed.
- Recommend bank products and services based on customer needs and support branch sales goals.
- Educate customers on digital banking tools, account services, and available banking solutions.
- Assist with branch operations, deposits, safe deposit boxes, administrative tasks, and other support duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $28.00 to $30.59 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Work arrangement: On-site in Los Angeles, CA.
- Employment classification: Non-exempt, union role.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Process teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other consumer or commercial banking requests.
- Provide high-quality bilingual Spanish customer support in a branch banking environment.
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy, follow compliance procedures, and support daily branch operations.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products, services, and digital banking tools.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cash handling, basic math, transaction accuracy, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced branch environment.
- Ability to work accurately and professionally in a regulated banking environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 or more years of retail, sales, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a bank teller, customer service representative, personal banker, or branch associate is helpful.
- Experience cross-selling products or making customer referrals in a service-oriented environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital banking tools, branch operations, or financial services procedures is a plus.
