Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant's Needed

Well-Known company is looking to hire (5) Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant's to support multiple departments of the company.

**Previous experience working for non-profit, state, city, government, county, mental health or healthcare industry is a plus but not required**

-Provide support to Executives to maintain calendar, schedule appointments, maintains confidential department files and records.
-Document imaging experience and will work collaboratively with clinical team.
-Provide administrative and technical support to the project team, to ensure that goals are met and that the project is moving forward.
-Analytical ability to research and prepare reports.
-Answer telephone calls, order office supplies and submit work orders.
-Sort incoming and outgoing mail.
-Create employee files, scan, photocopy, fax and email documents.
-Send off packages to FedEx, UPS and USPS.
-Greet visitors and provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact.
-Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
-Assist with data entry, report generation, and other tasks as needed.
-Other duties as assigned by management.

-Previous experience supporting a C level Executive (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, etc.).
-Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint (will create presentations for Executives).
-Type a minimum 45 words per minute.
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-Minimum three (3) years of secretarial/administrative or comparable experience.
-Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and be a team player.

-Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
-High School Diploma required .
