Currently interviewing Bilingual Administrative Customer Service Specialist Candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents, board members, vendors, and other stakeholders. This role requires a professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at handling diverse personalities with diplomacy, efficiency, and tact.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
•Assist in processing payments, issuing notices, and maintaining accurate records of homeowner accounts.
•Coordinate with vendors and service providers for community maintenance needs.
•Handle conflict resolution with professionalism and neutrality.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical files.
•Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
•Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
•Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general database management.
