Spring is a great time for new opportunities. We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to support a busy, high-volume front office. This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of reception or administrative experience who enjoy working with diverse teams, visitors, and vendors. Spanish or Punjabi language skills are strongly encouraged.

Requirements:
1 year of receptionist, administrative, or clerical experience
Fluent in Spanish (Punjabi is a strong plus)
Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic office environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented

Technology & Office Tools
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Multi-line phone systems and visitor management tools

Prior experience in a bilingual or high-volume front desk role
Familiarity with workforce management, timekeeping, or scheduling systems
Experience supporting HR onboarding, payroll coordination, or operations teams

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support
Greet, check in, and assist visitors, vendors, and staff with a professional and welcoming demeanor
Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external contacts
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for office leadership or operations teams
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, emailing, and document preparation
Process daily time sheets and activity logs
Track team check-ins and attendance records
Prepare onboarding packets (I-9, W-4, policy acknowledgments, OSHA forms where applicable)
Collect, verify, and route paperwork for HR and payroll teams

Data Entry & Systems Support
Enter and update data in CRM systems and internal software platforms
Maintain accurate records for contacts, schedules, and operational documentation
Track employee documentation, badges, dispatch logs, or assignments as needed
