We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish-English) to support front desk and administrative operations for a professional office in Bakersfield, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills, accurate typing abilities, and experience supporting both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. You will serve as the first point of contact while handling scheduling, phone support, and data entry.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering up to $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in English and Spanish
Answer, route, and manage multi-line phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Perform clerical tasks: filing, scanning, document organization, correspondence
Enter data accurately into CRM systems and internal databases
Maintain an organized and professional front desk and lobby area
Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, phone systems, and visitor management software
Provide clear, courteous customer service to diverse client groups
Requirements
1–2 years of consecutive administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Strong data entry accuracy with attention to detail
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
