About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Receptionist / I&R Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our daily operations while providing exceptional service and assistance to people with disabilities, older adults, Veterans, and community partners. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, tech-savvy, and experienced in front desk, clerical, and referral coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist consumers, volunteers, community partners, and walk-ins with professionalism and courtesy.

Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff members.

Compile, maintain, and track referral data relevant to people with disabilities, older adults, and Veterans.

Provide information and referral assistance and complete program referrals.

Support staff with clerical duties including copying, faxing, mail dissemination, scheduling interview rooms, Zoom meetings, and interpreter services.

Assist in training volunteers on front desk responsibilities and office procedures.

Serve as a member of the Safety Committee and support daily operations while demonstrating flexibility.

Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or business certificate OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of three years of experience in office administration, front desk, or related positions.

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Experience working with people with disabilities, older adults, or other marginalized communities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general computer applications.

Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress relevant to the position.

Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation (or alternative reliable transportation).
