Bilingual Receptionist – Santa Barbara, CA
Pay: $23–$27 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Onsite
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in beautiful Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain front office organization
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Support office staff with daily operational needs
Translate or assist Spanish-speaking clients as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional in appearance and demeanor
