Bilingual Production Supervisor
-Shift: 2nd shift
-Pay: $70-85k/year DOE
-Location: Santa Ana, CA
*Must be fluent in English & Spanish and have sheet metal fabrication experience*
-Seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a sheet metal fabrication environment and support an operational turnaround focused on improving flow, accountability, and on-time delivery. This role partners closely with the Production Manager to execute production schedules, manage bottlenecks, reduce backlog, and ensure consistent use of the Global Shop ERP system. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily production activities and ensure shipment commitments are met. • Lead production teams through schedule priorities, bottleneck management, and workflow improvements. • Enforce labor clocking and job tracking accuracy within Global Shop. • Conduct daily production meetings and coach employees on processes, priorities, and accountability. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce WIP aging, improve efficiency, and support operational excellence. • Foster a disciplined, team-oriented culture focused on quality, flow, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, sheet metal, or industrial production environment.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and manufacturing operations.
Experience working with ERP systems; Global Shop experience highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve operational performance.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to interpret production reports, KPIs, and manufacturing data to support business objectives.
Working knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, machining, welding, or custom manufacturing environments.
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
Knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and inventory control.
Experience supporting turnaround initiatives, process stabilization, or operational transformation efforts.
