About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in litigation, immigration, personal injury, or civil matters. You’ll work closely with attorneys and clients, providing essential support and helping cases move forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, scheduling, and document management
Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and forms
Maintain case files and track deadlines
Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused office environment
Requirements
Bilingual (English + Spanish required)
Experience in at least one of the following practice areas: litigation, immigration, personal injury, or civil law
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident, self-assured, and ready to jump in where needed
Degree preferred but not required
