Paralegal – Bilingual (English/Spanish). Remote, but MUST LIVE IN THE GREATER BAY AREA. Seeking a skilled Bilingual Paralegal for our prominent client. In this role, you will manage a caseload of personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial under the supervision of attorneys and managers. Responsibilities include client communication, preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting interviews, ordering and subpoenaing records, performing e-filing and e-service, coordinating depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate, at least one year of office experience of law firm experience and strong computer skills (WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Adobe). A typing speed of 45+ WPM, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines are essential. Sensitivity in working with clients facing serious health issues is required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
