We are a growing property management company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Assist Spanish-speaking tenants and clients
Maintain and organize office files and records
Support property managers with administrative tasks
Handle data entry and document preparation
1-2 years general office experience.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
This will be a contract position for 4 months located on the central peninsula.
