We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient multitasker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires a strong understanding of general office procedures, including but not limited to: customer service, data entry, scheduling, and basic accounting functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally. Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and organized records, including filing, data entry, and document management. Prepare and distribute correspondence, such as memos, letters, and reports. Assist with office maintenance and supply ordering. Coordinate travel arrangements and events as needed.
Basic Accounting: Assist with accounts receivable and payable processes. Prepare and process invoices and payments. Maintain accurate financial records. Reconcile bank statements and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Bilingual Support: Provide translation and interpretation services as needed. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.
