We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Office Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English to support day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, perform clerical tasks efficiently, and serve as a language bridge between English and Spanish-speaking clients, customers, or team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in both English and Spanish
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally and bilingually
Translate documents and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other written materials
Assist with onboarding and communication with Spanish-speaking employees or clients
Maintain and order office supplies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or administrative certification preferred
Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish (fluency required)
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a bilingual customer service or administrative setting
Familiarity with industry-specific software or databases (e.g., HRIS, CRM)
Working Conditions:
Standard office environment
May occasionally require lifting up to 20 pounds
Interaction with the public, clients, and employees in person and via phone/email
