An established medical office in Asheville, NC has a temporary opening for a full-time bilingual receptionist.
Responsibilities:
-Greeting patients and coordinating check in/check out.
-Ensure medical records have been pulled, updated, forms completed, and co-pay collected.
-Scheduling appointments, providing referral information, completing lab requests
-Reconciling patient balances, co-payments, daily deposits, and nightly charge tickets
Requirements:
-High school diploma
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Six months experience of more as a medical receptionist
