Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Senior Accountant for a direct hire opportunity in South El Monte, CA. The Bilingual Mandarin Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, account reconciliation, financial accuracy, and day-to-day accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial review.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP and internal procedures.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activity, and related accounting functions.
- Prepare reports, analyze account activity, and identify discrepancies or process improvement opportunities.
- Support multi-company accounting transactions and intercompany activity as needed.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financial information and strong accounting controls.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Assist with AP, AR, reporting, and accounting analysis.
- Maintain GAAP-compliant records and support accurate financial reporting.
- Manage multiple accounting deadlines with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
- Bilingual Mandarin and English communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Experience using accounting software.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
