Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director for a direct hire opportunity in the food and beverage production industry. This senior sales leadership role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in business development, national or regional account management, and retail channel growth across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
The Bilingual Mandarin Sales Director will lead strategic account planning, commercial negotiations, P&L performance, and new business development for noodle and beverage product categories. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, marketing, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to expand retail presence, strengthen customer relationships, and support sustainable revenue and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual account strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Manage full P&L performance, including forecasting accuracy, trade investments, pricing discipline, and margin governance.
- Lead annual commercial negotiations, contract agreements, trading terms, and customer business reviews.
- Drive growth of noodle and beverage products across U.S. and Canadian retail channels, with a focus on mainstream retail.
- Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and internal leadership to support brand alignment, product availability, and operational excellence.
- Identify new business opportunities, manage channel conflicts, and support sustainable market share and profit growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: City of Industry, CA. - Will be remote for 10-12 months.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead strategic sales growth for noodle and beverage products across retail channels.
- Manage account planning, P&L performance, forecasting, pricing, and trade investment strategy.
- Drive customer negotiations, contract agreements, business reviews, and Joint Business Plans.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and senior leadership to execute commercial objectives.
- 10+ years of sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership experience.
- Bilingual Mandarin and English communication skills required.
- Experience in food and beverage production, consumer packaged goods, grocery, retail, or related product categories.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian retail channels, including mainstream retail account growth.
- Proven ability to manage P&L ownership, margin performance, pricing discipline, and trade spend.
- Skilled in commercial negotiations, customer relationship management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities, resolve channel conflicts, and drive profitable market share growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling noodle, beverage, Asian food, or international food products into mainstream retail channels.
- Established relationships with U.S. or Canadian grocery, mass retail, club, distributor, or specialty retail accounts.
- Prior experience developing Joint Business Plans and leading annual business reviews with key retail partners.
