We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead, train, and scale our real estate team. In this role, your success is directly tied to the success of your agents. You will not be competing with your team for deals. Instead, you will act as a true mentor and strategist—recruiting talent, refining sales processes, and helping agents close transactions. To align our goals, you will receive a percentage of every single deal closed by your team. Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary + Override Commission: Earn a competitive base salary plus a direct cut/percentage of every deal closed by your sales team.
Growth Rewards: Financial incentives directly tied to successful recruiting, onboarding, and team production metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership, Recruitment & Training
No Individual Production: Focus 100% of your energy on management; you will not conduct personal deals.
Talent Acquisition: Proactively recruit, onboard, and retain high-caliber real estate agents to expand team capacity.
Coaching & Mentorship: Train agents on customer conversion, negotiation, and closing techniques. Work hands-on with agents to push their deals across the finish line.
2. Market Strategy & Business Development
Apply in-depth real estate industry insight to identify and seize market opportunities across both peak and off-peak seasons.
Develop and implement effective customer acquisition and lead generation strategies for the team.
3. Resource Integration & Project Management
Map out team roles, skills, and time allocation to maximize productivity.
Break down high-level company objectives into actionable daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.
Leverage internal resources and external networks to support agent success.
4. Innovation & Tool Adoption
Champion the use of modern management, CRM, and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, AI-driven real estate tools).
Ensure the sales team consistently adopts and utilizes these technologies to optimize workflows.
5. Stakeholder Alignment
Work closely with ownership (Daniel) to ensure team goals align with overall business strategy.
Act as the vital link between executive vision and frontline execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in the Real Estate industry (e.g., as an experienced agent, broker, or team lead).
Language: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our team, clients, and partners.
Leadership Style: A servant-leadership mindset. You must be motivated by coaching others to succeed rather than pursuing individual commissions.
Tools: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Monday.com).
Skills: Exceptional communication, cross-departmental collaboration, and goal-oriented project management abilities.
