Customer Service - Bilingual Mandarin required (PART TIME or FULL TIME )


Temp to hire. Open to Direct hire for the right candidate.

Open to entry level candidates as long as they speak the language!

Office hour: 9-6pm. Small office environment. Attendance is VERY important!

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Provide a great customer service experience to clients over the phone and in person.
Remind customers to pay their policies
Admin duties

Qualifications:
Be enthusiastic and energetic
Have a pleasant demeanor on the phone and in person
Seeking to grow
Self Driven
Initiative to problem solve
Sales and Goal Driven
Team player
18-21/hr for entry level
With insurance background, up to $30/hr.

If they have a P&C license, they can pay, $4k-5k/month + commission.
