We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Accounting Clerk for a direct hire. Key Responsibilities
- Support accounts payable processes, including invoice review, coding, data entry, and payment preparation.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, account reconciliations, and routine financial record maintenance.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support reporting, tracking, and accounting workflows.
- Process procurement requests for office supplies and coordinate related documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including gathering information, preparing schedules, and supporting accounting deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors in both Mandarin and English as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and follow established accounting procedures.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal departments and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel, transportation, tourism, logistics, or related service industry.
- Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP software.
- Accounts payable experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting accounting operations.
