A growing organization in the travel, transportation, and tourism industry is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Accounting Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in South El Monte, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions and support general accounting activities.
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and accounting records.
- Assist with procurement requests for office supplies and related administrative accounting needs.
- Support month-end closing activities, including account review, documentation, and reconciliations as needed.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data accuracy in daily accounting processes.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors as needed in Mandarin and English.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $45,000 to $62,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support accounts payable processing and general accounting functions.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, reports, and accounting documentation.
- Assist with procurement requests for office supplies.
- Support month-end closing activities and accounting deadlines.
- Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- 1 to 2 years of accounting, accounts payable, or related finance experience preferred based on role level.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheet creation and maintenance.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping.
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and work effectively with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger support.
- Prior experience in the travel, transportation, tourism, logistics, or related industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities.
