We are seeking a Bilingual Maintenance Mechanic for a direct hire opportunity in Oxnard, CA with a growing manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyor systems, production equipment, and automated machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support efficient equipment operation.
- Diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and industrial electrical issues.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Maintenance leadership and production teams to ensure smooth daily plant operations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Overtime available.
- Rotating Saturdays as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on manufacturing and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot conveyor systems, PLC-controlled machinery, and automated production systems.
- Diagnose and resolve pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and industrial electrical issues.
- Support equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 5 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred.
- Experience working with conveyor systems in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Stable work history and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, or food processing experience preferred.
- Experience working in an automated production facility.
- Ability to support overtime and rotating Saturday schedules as needed.
