Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Investigator. This role is key to developing case strategies by conducting client and witness interviews, analyzing records, and performing in-depth legal research.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct interviews with potential clients and witnesses in both English and Spanish
• Prepare detailed memoranda and assess witness viability
• Review and summarize various records (employment, property, military, etc.)
• Analyze depositions to extract relevant information
• Perform internet research on defendants, jobsites, and co-workers
• Draft and send outreach letters/emails and prepare defendant declarations
• Collaborate with paralegals to update client work histories
• Use internal databases to document findings
• Travel occasionally for field interviews, meetings, and document collection
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical legal standards

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of investigative, legal, or related experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive topics
• Ability to cold-call and conduct interviews with confidence
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Proficient with email, internet research, and internal database systems

This is a REMOTE position. Must reside within the Los Angeles/San Diego area.
