Bilingual Korean/Mandarin Speaking Secretary
Location: Laguna Hills, CA
Position: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Salary: $21 - $23 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Korean/Mandarin Speaking Secretary to join our team! This is a full-time, in-office position located in Laguna Hills, offering a competitive hourly rate of $21 - $23 with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role after the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations
Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Answer and direct phone calls in both Korean and Mandarin
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Translate and interpret between Korean, Mandarin, and English when necessary
Assist with office organization and inventory management
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Korean and Mandarin, both written and spoken
Prior experience in a secretarial or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information:
Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule
In-office position located in Laguna Hills
