?? Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
?? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a detail-oriented professional fluent in Japanese and experienced in project coordination? Join a dynamic, globally connected team supporting industrial product development from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate product inquiries from initial request through to mass production
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and other internal teams
• Interpret and respond to customer needs and specifications
• Serve as a key liaison between sales and internal technical/pricing departments
• Track project milestones and provide regular status updates
• Support sales operations with forecasting, reporting, and delivery coordination
• Assist with escalations (including RMAs) and compliance information
• Foster strong relationships across domestic and international teams, including Japanese HQ

What We’re Looking For:
? Native-level fluency in Japanese; business-level English communication
? Strong knowledge of industrial products and sales operations
? Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
? Solid project coordination or management experience
? Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative
? Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset

?? Some international travel may be required. No formal education requirement—just a strong background in coordination and communication.
