Job Summary
We are seeking an entry-level Bilingual Japanese Inventory Clerk for a direct hire opportunity in Irvine, CA. This role supports maintenance service operations by managing parts quotations, order processing, shipping, invoicing, inventory control, and customer support for both domestic and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare parts quotations for domestic and international customers and process customer parts orders accurately.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including FedEx, UPS, proforma invoices, and commercial invoices.
- Manage parts back orders with Japan headquarters and local vendors, including regular inventory restocking and special order parts.
- Support invoicing processes, payment status follow-up, past due account coordination, and cost transfer activities with Accounting and Sales.
- Oversee warehouse inventory, process stock updates in the system, and investigate missing or lost parts.
- Maintain accurate parts, pricing, discontinued item, alternative part, and customer information in internal systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire position
- Salary range: $40,000 to $43,000 per year
