Join a dynamic legal team handling high-impact asbestos, silicosis, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation cases. We're seeking an inquisitive, confident, bilingual professional who enjoys interviewing, researching, and uncovering key facts that make a real difference in clients' lives.
What You’ll Do
Conduct interviews with potential clients and witnesses (English & Spanish)
Write clear, detailed interview memoranda
Review and summarize various records (employment, military, property, SS, contracts, etc.)
Analyze deposition testimony to identify job sites, coworkers, and timelines
Perform online research on defendants and job locations
Locate, contact, and interview potential witnesses (including cold calls)
Draft letters, emails, declarations, and outreach communications
Request and organize photos and documents from clients
Enter case notes, codes, and time into firm systems
Occasionally travel for client meetings or document productions (rare)
Collaborate with attorneys, investigators, and paralegals on case strategy
Handle sensitive and emotional conversations with professionalism and empathy
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in English & Spanish — required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in investigations, interviewing, research, or related fields
Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly and descriptively
Confident making cold-call outreach to witnesses and potential clients
Excellent computer skills; quick to learn new programs
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Typing 35+ WPM
