Job Title: Human Resources / Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
Pay: $21–$23/hr
Location: San Marcos, CA
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR / AP Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role will support daily HR operations while assisting with Accounts Payable tasks.
Responsibilities:
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Assist with new hire onboarding and conduct new hire orientations
Serve as backup payroll support when needed (Paycom experience is a plus; training provided)
Process and code invoices, assist with accounts payable, and maintain accurate records
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Previous HR support experience
Some Accounts Payable experience
Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
