Job Title: Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish)
Location: Oxnard,
Pay: $75k-$85k/salary DOE
Schedule: Full-time

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, and payroll. experience, using Paylocity and other HRIS software systems.

Qualifications:
2+ years of Human Resources experience
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak)
Experience with Paylocity and other HRIS software
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (highly preferred)
