Bilingual HR Coordinator
Pay Rate: $22-$28 per hour DOE
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00

Location: Camarillo
Bilingual Spanish Required
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for various Human Resources administrative tasks to support the HR Director and HR department
• Occasional Spanish translation and interpretation of communications
• Employee assistance with HRIS ADP system
• Providing ADP support to our Spanish speaking employees
• Complete special projects for HR team as needed. Projects may include coordinating employee gifts for life events, updating events on our company intranet and various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of HR support experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) required
• Bilingual English & Spanish required (verbal and written)
Pay range is $22-$26/hour DOE. Have some flexibility to pay up to $28/hour if you have strong candidates with 2+ years of HR experience + an Associates or Bachelor.
