Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE minimum 2 years of recent receptionist, clerical, or administrative experience
MUST BE bilingual in Spanish and English or Punjabi language skills (verbal and written)
Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency with:
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Multi-line phone systems
CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
Provide bilingual front desk support (Spanish required; Punjabi a plus)
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and manage office calendars
Maintain a clean, organized reception and lobby area
Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and email management
Support timesheets, daily logs, and employee or visitor check-ins
Assemble onboarding packets (I-9, W-4, policies, and other forms)
Assist HR or payroll teams by collecting and verifying documentation
Enter and update data accurately in internal systems or CRM platforms
