-Position Overview:
• We are seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism.
-Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 1–3 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
