We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Front Desk / Accounts Receivable professional to join our team full-time in Greeley. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers while also supporting accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
-Answer and direct incoming phone calls
-Manage front desk operations, including mail and general office support
-Assist with accounts receivable (AR) tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and account follow-ups
-Maintain accurate records and documentation
-Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
-Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
-Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
-Experience with accounts receivable or basic accounting functions
-Familiarity with Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
