Executive Assistant to CEO – Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing communications, calendar, and key projects. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, handling calls/emails, preparing presentations, coordinating board meetings, organizing travel, and maintaining grant files. Must have experience supporting executive leadership, excellent writing and organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years supporting executives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to flexible hours
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Experience working with diverse groups, staff, board members, and volunteers is essential.
