Bilingual Electronics Technician ( Korean/Mandarin )

We are seeking 2-3 detail-oriented and bilingual Electronics Engineer/Technician proficient in Korean or Mandarin to join their team. This role will begin with a paid internship, during which you will receive hands-on training for 1-3 months. After completing the internship and training, the position transitions into a full-time role with a competitive salary and performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance:

Install and set up automation systems and solar energy solutions at client locations.

Ensure the proper installation and configuration of electrical and electronic systems.

Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Diagnose and repair issues with automation systems, solar panels, and associated electronic components.

Ensure all systems are operating according to specifications, and take corrective actions as needed.

Technical Support:

Provide on-site and remote support to clients, answering technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

Offer guidance and assistance in the proper operation and maintenance of systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance procedures, and repairs.

Prepare and submit technical reports for internal and client review.


Qualifications

Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics installation, maintenance, or a related technical field. Experience with automation systems and solar energy solutions is a plus.

Language Skills:

Fluency in Korean or Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in electronics, electrical systems, and installation tools.

Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining solar energy systems is preferred.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and repairing electronic and electrical issues.


Internship Details and Compensation
Internship Duration:

1–3 months of paid training (based on performance and progression).

Internship Pay:

$21 per hour during the internship period.

Post-Training Compensation:

Upon successful completion of training, the full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately $5,000 to $6,000 per month, which is equivalent to an hourly rate of about $30 to $37 per hour. Additionally, there are performance-based commission opportunities.
