Key Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls in a professional manner: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
-Assist customers with orders, questions, and general inquiries: Address and resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
-Write down/process orders: Accurately document customer orders, ensuring all details are captured for processing.
-Submit Orders for processing and scheduling: Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer orders for fulfillment and scheduling.
Research previous orders: Assist customers by retrieving information regarding past orders to ensure clarity and resolution of issues.
-Answer 50-100 calls per day: Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
-Work in office: Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
-One Saturday per month 7-1 coverage from home: Provide customer support remotely on one Saturday each month.
Qualifications:
-Fluency in Spanish: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in both Spanish and English.
-Strong communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively over the phone.
-Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service or phone-based roles is a plus.
-Ability to multi-task: Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize as needed.
-Problem-solving skills: Quick thinking and resourceful in addressing customer inquiries or issues.
-Tech-savvy: Comfortable with using computers, customer management software, and other office technology.
-Availability for weekend coverage: Willingness to work one Saturday a month from home.
